Welcome to Indian Trail Bat Control! We are a pest control company operating in Union County, North Carolina. We specialize in the permanent removal of bats from your house or attic. Whenever we remove bats from your house or attic, we use humane methods and ensure that bats are PERMANENTLY kept away. We exclude the bats through one-way exclusion funnels or netting. We are not a Indian Trail bat exterminator company or a Indian Trail pest control for bats business - we are wildlife specialists only, and we focus on bats first and foremost. Indian Trail bat control

We are experts in bat control, and are not a typical Indian Trail, North Carolina bat exterminator company. We are the best in Union County. We do not use poisons or traps to remove bats, as both methods are illegal, not to mention that poison is inhumane. When removing bats, we use the humane exclusion barrier method to permanently keep bats away from your property. We completely solve your bat problem by taking these steps:

  • Inspect the entire property from top to bottom
  • Seal shut entry areas, no matter how small
  • Place one-way exclusion barriers over other entry areas
  • Monitor exclusion barriers for bat activity at dawn and dusk
  • Once there is no more activity and no more bats in your building, we're done
  • When necessary, we clean bat guano and replace damaged insulation

What Prices Do We Charge?

Every bat situation is different: How large is the bat colony? What type of building? Do you need cleanup? Call us and we can give pricing for your specific situation.

Indian Trail bat removal tip of the month: What is the best material to exclude bats? - Most professionals use bat exclusion netting, and a common mistake many do-it-yourself people make is using the wrong type of net. While there is special bat exclusion netting, not everyone feels the need to buy this material, and they go out and buy any old netting to do the job. While this can definitely work, the netting needs to be light enough in color/ see-through enough to not spook the bats from leaving their roost, and the holes must be small enough to prevent the bat from getting tangled when it attempts to fly out for the evening. If your net choice is appropriate, the next struggle is how you secure the net to the exit areas. The net itself needs to be loose enough to let the bats fly out of the hole and then tumble down and out the open flap at the bottom. He flight mechanism of the bat prevents it from hovering and it needs to land in a certain way, so securing the net in this fashion is ideal.
